Santino has been a licensed real estate professional on the Central Coast since the late 90’s. Over the last 20 years has represented clients from Encinitas to Santa Cruz, California, specializing in properties on the Central Coast. His roots in the local community run deep. In fact, his family lived in San Luis Obispo before there were electric street lights! As a real estate broker, he specializes in listing residential, multi-family, and land.

Since becoming a licensed Broker in 2005 he has supervised both Mortgage and Real Estate firms. As a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and receiving the “GRI” designation, Santino thrives on exceeding both his clients’ and colleagues' professional expectations. Pairing his specialized education, with decades of experience, and a wide variety of transactions enables him to guide his clients through even the most unique transactions with ease and confidence.

Santino is a man of many interests! In his spare time, he cultivates gourmet mushrooms on his small family farm and enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children, and his beloved Red Fox Lab, Smith.
