Michelle brings extensive experience in New Home Sales, Real Estate Transaction processes, corporate communication and marketing experience to the Richardson Properties team as Director of Business Development. Since joining Richardson Properties in 2002, her consistent follow through and forward thinking has been influential in expanding the scope of services currently offered. Michelle’s dedication to community involvement and her commitment to establishing professional affiliations has helped to establish Richardson Properties as one of the premier independent real estate brokerages on the Central Coast.

As a licensed Realtor with over 15 years experience, Michelle is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP), as well as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). She utilizes her wide-ranging experience with residential and commercial real estate to provide her clients with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market; creating a focused Marketing Plan for sellers and a detailed Market Strategy for buyers. Her honesty, consistent attention to detail, and extensive understanding of the contract process, ensures that her clients receive professional advice and ultimately a smooth transaction.

Michelle is a local resident of SLO County and is a strong supporter of community non-profit organizations including Girl Scouts of America, AYSO, Food Bank of SLO County and serves as a Board Member for Friends of the Library. In addition to the charitable positions she holds, Michelle is an active member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Legislative Action Committee, Home Builders Association of the Central Coast, Christie’s International Real Estate Marketing Committee, and the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. Michelle holds a Bachelor Degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from San Diego State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Kappa Phi.
