Kristen discovered the beautiful Central Coast of California when she moved here in 2005 to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She fell in love with this incredible place and made it her forever home. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Kristen obtained her B.S. in Business Administration & Finance from Cal Poly, and then worked in Accounting and Business Operations for over five years.

In 2014 she joined Richardson Properties as a Broker Associate and hit the ground running in pursuit of a successful and fulfilling Real Estate career. Kristen’s practical business and accounting experience make her a unique asset to the Richardson Properties team. Her passion for people, unwavering work ethic and attention to detail make her a competent and highly dedicated Real Estate Broker.

When she’s not meeting with clients and working diligently on their behalf, Kristen enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, wine tasting, running, and snowboarding. She, her husband, and three children live in Los Osos where they relish the small town, coastal lifestyle.

Kristen’s volunteer commitments include past Treasurer for Rotary Daybreak Club of San Luis Obispo, Ambassador and Economic Development Committee Member for the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce, and service on several local non-profit boards. Kristen appreciates being an active member of the San Luis Obispo and surrounding communities, and she enjoys advocating for a healthy economy and Real Estate market for current and future generations.
