Kim San Jule has lived and worked in all four corners of the United States, and has bought and sold homes up and down the California Coast. However, when she first visited San Luis Obispo in the late 1990s she knew that the Central Coast was going to become her eventual home. From the unbeatable weather to the unlimited outdoor activities to the world-class wines to the incredibly friendly people, Kim immediately fell in love with the SLO Life.

Over the years Kim has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the Central Coast including San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande/5 Cities, Nipomo and the North County. She is especially comfortable working with out of town buyers and has leveraged her personal relocation experiences to take the stress out of the homebuying process.

Customer service is dead in many service sectors today, but Kim believes that real estate is first and foremost a relationship that must be built and cultivated over time. Every client and every transaction is unique. Kim takes time to listen and anticipate needs, putting her client’s interests first. Most importantly, she treats every client with care by communicating on a regular basis and managing each transaction as if it were her very own.

Kim lives in Arroyo Grande with her husband Todd, a native of San Luis Obispo. A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim has a professional background in sales, marketing and event planning. Kim previously taught an interdenominational Bible study of several hundred women in Arroyo Grande, and in her free time she enjoys hiking, playing tennis and visiting her two college-aged kids in Chicago and New York.
