Over the years Kim San Jule has worked with buyers and sellers throughout the Central Coast including San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande/5 Cities, Nipomo, Santa Maria and the North County. Kim enjoys strategizing with sellers to maximize property appeal and determine effective pricing strategy that wins. She is also especially comfortable working with out-of-town buyers and has leveraged her personal relocation experiences to take the stress out of the homebuying process.

Customer service is dead in many service sectors today, but Kim believes that real estate is first and foremost a relationship that must be built and cultivated over time. Every client and every transaction is unique. Kim takes time to listen and anticipate needs, putting her client's interests first. Most importantly, she treats every client with care by communicating on a regular basis and managing each transaction as if it were her very own.
Kim lives in Arroyo Grande with her husband Todd, a native of San Luis Obispo. A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim has a professional background in sales, marketing, and event planning. In her free time, Kim enjoys serving in her local church, hiking the beautiful Central Coast, and visiting her two grown children in New York and Atlanta.
