John Souza began his real estate career in 1998 in Central California selling both new homes and resale properties in the Visalia and Clovis areas. In 2004, John and his family relocated to the beautiful Central Coast where he quickly developed his reputation as one of the most successful and respected agents in the area. John’s experience includes representing buyers and sellers on the Central Coast in over 600 transactions including single family homes, new home neighborhoods, land sales and luxury estates.
