Erik holds a Bachelor of Science with concentration in Geography and Biology and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, as well as a Master of City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic San Luis Obispo. Erik interned with the City of Morro Bay, and following graduation, transitioned to a full time City Planning position with the City of San Luis Obispo Community Development Department. He then returned to his home state where he spent three years working as a City Planner for the City of Eugene, Oregon. During his years with local government Erik managed land use applications for large development projects, presented projects to local decision bodies (i.e. Planning Commission), and led a Historic Preservation program.
Following his career in government, Erik worked as a project manager for a prominent Civil Engineering company in Springfield, OR where he focused on designing subdivisions and helping developers acquire planning entitlements from local jurisdictions.
Erik’s unique background provides his clients with a valuable perspective on residential and commercial real estate in the Central Coast. However, he believes his greatest assets are his integrity and strong work ethic. Erik is always excited to meet new people and share his passion for real estate.
In his free time Erik enjoys recording music, spending time outdoors with his wife, and tackling new home improvement projects.
