David Campa is the other half of Campa Real Estate Group and a Broker Associate at Richardson Properties. Upon starting his real estate career in 2000, David worked as a new home sales agent on several master planned communities on the Central Coast where he cultivated a wealth of knowledge that allows Campa Real Estate Group to enjoy close relationships with local developers and new home builders alike. Whether he is staging a home or coordinating professional real estate photography for Campa Real Estate Group’s luxury real estate listings, David always has his clients’ best interests in mind.

Born and raised in the Paso Robles area, David continues to expand his roots on the Central Coast through community involvement and enjoying the natural beauty of our area. David is active with the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, supports non profit organizations such as Earth Shine and UCP, and has proudly coached youth sports for many years. On a more personal level, David is very involved in the local running community and loves spending time outdoors trail running, competing in marathons, backpacking, and mountain biking.
