Cheryl has been in the Real Estate profession for the past 20+ years, selling residential homes, acreage, and multi-family units and helping investors with their portfolios throughout San Luis Obispo County. After a short visit to the Central Coast in 1974, Cheryl decided to make this her home and finish her education here in San Luis Obispo. Cheryl’s love of the outdoors lets her enjoy her passions: cycling, hiking, trail running and kayaking with her family in Shell Beach.

Experiencing the strong professionalism working with Charlie and Chris at Richardson Properties over the years helped Cheryl choose a brokerage that would fit her style and help her run her Real Estate Business. She is devoted to her clients and looks forward to helping young and old, new and seasoned buyers and sellers find that perfect fit.

Cheryl and her husband give back to this community in a variety of ways, donating time and funds to many local groups such as Central Coast Aquarium, Transitions Mental Health Association, Rotary International, and the SLO Children’s Museum. Cheryl is a member of National Association of Realtor as well as the California Association and has been a board member for the local San Luis Association of Realtors for the past two years and has been on various committees as well. Cheryl is a true professional and is proud to be associated with the local membership.
