As the Senior Partner and founding member of Richardson Properties, Charles Richardson has over 40 years of real estate experience in a variety of different backgrounds and is the largest independent new home broker on the Central Coast. Since 1972, Charlie has developed, built, sold, managed, financed, and joint ventured residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout California, Texas and Colorado. Due to his extensive track record of successful projects, Charlie is held in high esteem throughout the community for his experience in land acquisition, institutional and private financing, partnerships, and project management skills.

Charlie is a long time sponsor of the Economic Vitality Corporation of San Luis Obispo County and served as a Board Member for over 14 years. He is an active member of the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast, National Association of Realtors, and the San Luis Obispo Property Owner’s Association. In addition to his business associations, Charlie is involved with numerous local fundraising organizations including Mission Preparatory School and SLO Food Bank. He enjoys spending time with his children, being a grandfather, playing basketball as well as coaching, enjoying the wonderful local hikes we have in the area here and traveling.
