Bill graduated from Phoenix University with a degree in Business and Finance before attending and receiving accreditation from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Bill Bernard holds eleven licenses and certifications across the industries of real estate and finance. As a 40-year resident of San Luis Obispo and its surrounding areas, he has 3 generations living in San Luis Obispo and is in sync with the Central Coast real estate market from Paso Robles to Nipomo. Over 20 years ago Bill started a non-profit for the Woods Humane Society. The non-profit raises thousands of dollars each year for the pet adoption facility, and he takes great pride in what his nonprofit has accomplished and how it continues to help the community. Bill’s support doesn’t stop there. He is also involved with many other local groups and organizations that come together to support worthy causes. He is a past board member of the Arthritis Foundation and served as President of CC&M Central Coast non-profit, and volunteers for the Special Needs Children’s School in San Luis Obispo.
