Beau Mercurio was born in San Luis Obispo, moving to Orange County at a very young age. As he grew up, Beau spent a great deal of time in SLO as both of his grandparents taught at Cal Poly. Always wanting to move back to the Central Coast, Beau made that dream a reality by attending Cal Poly and purchasing what would become his family's forever home nearly fifteen years ago.

Beau's outgoing and charismatic personality served him well for twenty plus years in medical device sales, developing long-lasting client relationships. However, he felt the desire to pursue a more fulfilling purpose and to serve the local community. Beau's passion for real estate, the local community, and business savvy makes him a dynamic resource for those looking to purchase or sell a home.

When Beau and his wife (real estate agent Natasha Mercurio) aren't working, they are traveling the world with their daughter, enjoying family beach days with their Golden Retriever, wine tasting, hiking, and appreciating the beautiful community that they live in.
