“Moving to the Central Coast was always a dream, but mostly felt far fetched. When we decided to just take the plunge and see what happened we were disheartened by a few aspects of the market. Annemarie came into the picture. Before we we even ready to purchase she was giving us tours, talking with her connections to help us find a potential rental, and checked in on us like an old friend would. We looked at so many homes. Each time Annemarie listened, seeking to understand, never to push or make a quick sale. When we finally did find our home the buying process was challenging. Due to some logistical issues of the seller, communicating was especially difficult and on more than one occasion we considered just throwing in the towel. Annemarie, having come to know us, fought hard. Every challenge that arose, she took care of with grace and quiet dignity. Home buying can be an emotional experience, and I know we were not always the easiest to support, but she never let on. She demonstrated deep caring for our family, and in the end we got the home we knew was perfect for our lives to begin again on the coast. All of that work brought me joy, however when we walked into our home for the first time we found a lovely gift from her, and inside a card with a picture of our children from the day we fell in love with the house. She captured a memory. Those kind of details don?t happen in a regular business transaction, those kind of details only occur when the person you are working with loves what she does, has deep respect (and patience) with her clients, and a love for the community she serves. I have deep respect and appreciation for Annemarie, I would recommend her without reservation. And while I swore I would never move again, if the day ever comes, she will be my first call.”
