With 16 years of experience as a Broker Associate at Richardson Sotheby’s International, Andrea has enjoyed a successful career in the San Luis Obispo County real estate market. Working county-wide, Andrea assists both buyers and sellers using her top-notch negotiation skills to provide integrity, experience, and follow-through for her clients. An alumni of California Polytechnic State University and Chapman University, Andrea turned her career goals to real estate over 16 years ago.
Always trying to further her real estate and business knowledge, Andrea is a part of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce Legislative Action Committee, and the Pismo, California and National Association of Realtors. In her own brokerage, Andrea held a position on the committee to create the company’s mission, vision & values. This participation and leadership in various organizations allows Andrea to provide her clients with vital news within the real estate world, ensuring their needs are met. As a Certified New Homes Sales Professional, Andrea is currently on the sales team at ANZA Vineyard Estates, offering rural luxury home sites.
Andrea enjoys giving back to others and is an active member in her local community. She donates a percentage of her commission to Transitions Mental Health, local youth athletics, local public schools and Big Brothers Big Sisters of SLO County. In addition to fiscal giving, Andrea donates her time as a volunteer on SLO Chamber committee programs, as a board member of the San Luis Coastal Education Foundation, on PTA boards and is a graduate of Leadership SLO class 28.
Andrea is an avid marathon runner and has qualified and ran the Boston Marathon twice. Andrea has a deep love of her community and is passionate in her efforts to support and strengthen it.
