Born and raised on the Central Coast, Amanda has had the joy of calling the beautiful and vibrant community of Morro Bay her hometown. Seeing firsthand the impact of development and tourism in the small coastal city spurred Amanda to obtain her Real Estate license in 2011. Becoming a licensed Broker in 2017.

Amanda has dedicated over two decades of her career in Real Estate to property management and business development. Passionate about the administrative side of the business, she has developed key skills in the growth, operation, and organization of Real Estate brokerages like Richardson Sotheby's International Realty.

Family is a big priority for Amanda, and she enjoys spending time with her seven amazing nieces and nephews. Currently, Amanda resides in San Luis Obispo with her husband Dan and their adorable dog Baxter. When she isn’t at work or spending time with family and friends, you can find Amanda out in nature, traveling, wine tasting, or enjoying all that the Central Coast has to offer.
