Bowden Ranch, San Luis Obispo


Richardson Properties brokered the sale of this unique new home community in the foothills of San Luis Obispo to Mangano Homes and then represented the developer in the sale of 31 homesites located on 4,700 acres of open space.  In addition to the initial lot sales, Richardson Properties was the listing broker for luxury homes known as The Custom Collection at Bowden Ranch.


Rancho Caballo, San Luis Obispo


An ag-cluster community of 13 one acre homesites on 110 acres of open graze land just outside of San Luis Obispo on Highway One, Rancho Caballo was a unique addition to the San Luis Obispo real estate marketplace.  Richardson Properties  brokered the sale of the homesites as well as several luxury estate homes within this community.


BayShore Village, Morro Bay


Richardson Properties represented the developer in the highly successful sale and subsequent auction of 50+ bay front residences; the first of its kind in Morro Bay and the surrounding Estero Bay area.


Tierra de Paraiso, Pismo Beach


Richardson Properties represented the developer in the sales of the luxury residences at Tierra de Paraiso, a community of seven beachfront residences in the villa inspired community of Tierra de Paraiso.  Successful sales were attributed to the national and international advertising opportunities offered through our association with Christie’s International Real Estate.


Riverview Estates, Paso Robles


Richardson Properties identified the potential in Tract 1910, Heritage Ranch and brokered the sale to a local developer.   Later, Richardson Properties worked with the developer to prepare Tract 1910 for market and then went on to sell the 150 large homesites.   The success of the sales within in this gated Heritage Ranch enclave was attributed to a targeted marketing campaign and the long standing community ties of Richardson Properties.  In addition to the sale of the initial lot sales, Richardson Properties represented several custom home builders in the sales of their finished residences.


Oak Bay Condominiums Phase 2, Heritage Ranch


As a distressed project in a tough economy, Oak Bay Phase 2 posed a number of obstacles.  Richardson Properties worked diligently with the lender to successfully complete the community and  broker the sale of 16 residential  units and 12 condo lots in the Oak Bay neighborhood of Heritage Ranch at Lake Nacimiento.
