Today the company is lead by Charles H. Richardson and his son Christopher C. Richardson.  Charles possesses over 38 years of real estate experience throughout California and the West Coast and is highly regarded for his experience in land acquisition, institutional and private financing, partnerships, and project management skills. Chris joined the firm in 2001 after receiving his MBA from Loyola Marymount, and his expertise in effectively marketing new homes, entitled land and premier properties has established him as one of the most successful brokers in San Luis Obispo County. With a true passion for the industry, Charlie and Chris have expanded operations to include offices in San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, and Arroyo Grande.
