Today the company is lead by Charles H. Richardson and his son Christopher C. Richardson. Charles possesses over 38 years of real estate and development experience throughout California and the West Coast. Chris joined the firm in 2001 after receiving his MBA from Loyola Marymount. With a true passion for the industry, they have grown the firm to nearly 20 agents and expanded operations to include Monterey, San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties.
